Preparation

You have to mix the main ingredients in precise doses and let them cook for 1h30. The oven must be kept at a temperature of 80°C. It is necessary to take out the mixture from the oven every 15 minutes in order to stir it.

After this step, you must add the secondary ingredients while stirring to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Your soap is ready to use, you can put it in small cups. 

The organic solid toothpaste

It is made with organic glycerin, organic menthol, organic licorice powder, lime, Indian verbena, organic coconut charcoal powder, organic sunflower oil. It is made with organic ingredients and essential oils. It does not contain abrasive substances or toxic products and has a high glycerin content.

Preparation

The organic solid toothpaste is obtained by cold saponification. The technique consists in carrying out the hydrolysis in basic medium at a room temperature or slightly higher. There is therefore no need for an additional heat source. The ingredients are then combined to produce the toothpaste soap.

Toothpaste with Marseille soap, clove and sage

You can make your own homemade toothpaste soap with clove, sage and Marseille soap. It is just as effective as industrial toothpaste. To make it, you need:

  • White clay;
  • Clove and peppermint for the antiseptic and anti-inflammatory effect;
  • Powdered sage for its effect against dental plaque;
  • Propolis tincture for its antiseptic effect;
  • Virgin coconut oil;
  • Marseille soap.


The mixture will have to be made according to a very precise procedure.

The preparation

In a container, you must mix the coconut oil and the Marseille soap. You will have to add water and let the mixture melt in a water bath. The mixture obtained will be mixed to obtain a whitish paste with foam. You must then add the sage, the clove, and the clay and stir the mixture well to avoid lumps. Finally, you will have to add the essential oils, the propolis and stir the whole. You can then pour the resulting mixture into a glass container.

Use of your toothpaste soap 

You must first wet your toothpaste and rub it lightly with your toothpaste soap. A small amount will be enough to proceed with your brushing. At the end of brushing your teeth, you must rinse your mouth with water. Your breath is fresh and your teeth are free of all waste.
